What foods cause weight gain?

I've gained a bit of weight recently and I'm not sure what's causing it, as my eating habits haven't changed much. I want to identify the culprits. What foods typically cause weight gain?

It's totally normal to feel anxious about weight gain, I've been there! Usually, it's the highly processed foods, sugary drinks, fried snacks, and large portions of refined carbs like white bread and white rice that pile on the kilos. It's not one single food, but a pattern of eating too many calories without enough nutrients.

Listen to me, don't ignore weight gain, especially if it's sudden or a lot. For me, it started with eating too much junk food, mithai, and not exercising. Those things are definitely major culprits. But sometimes it can be something else too, so please get a proper health checkup just to be safe. Better safe than sorry!

Haha, the yummy but bad stuff! 🍕🍔🍟🍦 Basically, anything with too much sugar, unhealthy fats, and processed ingredients. Think your favorite fast food, fizzy drinks, and all those delicious Indian sweets! 😋 It's all about moderation and balance, right? ✨

Oh god, this question gives me anxiety too! I'm always overthinking what I eat. But from what I've gathered, it's mainly the high-calorie, low-nutrient stuff like sugary drinks, deep-fried snacks, processed foods like biscuits and chips, and excessive portions of simple carbs. It's overwhelming, but try to focus on whole foods.

Directly speaking, foods high in empty calories are the main culprits. This includes sugary beverages, processed snacks like chips and cookies, fast food meals, and excessive intake of refined carbohydrates like white bread or white rice without enough protein or fiber. Portion control and frequency matter a lot.

This makes me a bit nervous because I feel like everything I enjoy causes weight gain! But generally, I think it's sugary drinks, fried foods, and really calorie-dense, processed snacks. Do others also feel like it's a constant battle to avoid these things?
