Beta, zyada tel-masala, mithai, aur bahar ka junk food ye sabhi toh vajan badhate hain. Ghar ka khana sabse accha hota hai. Lekin agar bahut zyada weight gain ho raha hai aur pareshani ho rahi hai, toh doctor ko zaroor dikhana chahiye. Kabhi kabhi andar ki koi aur samasya bhi ho sakti hai.

Honestly, calorie-dense foods with low nutritional value are the biggest culprits. Think sugary drinks, deep-fried snacks, processed junk food, and excessive portions of refined carbs. It's not just about what you eat, but also portion control and adding some regular walking or exercise if your doc says it's okay.

I literally just went through this! For me, it was all the sugary drinks, those fried pakoras, and late-night biryani. Once I cut them out and started eating proper home-cooked meals with lots of veggies, the weight started dropping. It's mostly about cutting empty calories.

Don't fall for any quick fixes you see online. Generally, it's foods high in refined sugars, unhealthy fats, and processed ingredients that lead to weight gain. Things like sodas, pastries, chips, and fast food. But if you have significant concerns, always verify with a doctor or a certified nutritionist, not just random internet advice.
