Beta, when I was younger, everyone talked about some new juice or shake for weight loss. But after all these years, I can tell you, simple things work best. Plain water, lots of it, and cutting out all sugary drinks. That's half the battle won right there. Don't overcomplicate it.
For me, as a busy professional, I found black coffee in the morning and green tea throughout the day really helpful. I carry a water bottle always and make sure to refill it. Avoiding sugary lattes and colas is a big step. Small, consistent changes rather than drastic ones are more sustainable.
As someone very conscious about my diet, I focus on liquids that don't add empty calories. Water is number one, of course. Herbal teas like peppermint or ginger tea are great for digestion and metabolism. Some people swear by apple cider vinegar in water, but always dilute it properly. Also, fresh vegetable juices, but be mindful of portion sizes.
We try to keep things simple and natural at home. For my daughter's weight management, we make sure she drinks plenty of plain water. Fresh homemade lemon water with a pinch of black salt (no sugar) is a good alternative. Also, thin buttermilk without any added cream is good for hydration and filling.
