What does protein do for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and everyone keeps telling me to eat more protein. How exactly does protein help with weight loss, like does it make you full or something?

I used to think eating protein would make me look bulky and muscular like a bodybuilder, so I completely avoided it. Once I relaxed and actually increased my protein intake, I realized it just keeps you full for longer and helps burn fat. It is totally normal and safe for weight loss!

Protein khane se pet bhara rehta hai aur baar baar bhookh nahi lagti. Agar aap dahi, sattu aur dal zyada khayenge, toh shareer mein takat rahegi aur vajan bhi dheere dheere kam hoga.

I totally get it, dieting can feel like a constant battle against your own stomach. Protein is amazing because it boosts your metabolism and keeps those evening snack cravings away. It makes the whole weight loss process so much less painful.

I know how stressful it is to try and lose weight when nothing seems to work. Adding more protein really helped calm my anxiety about constant hunger because it keeps your blood sugar stable. Take it slow, it really makes a difference.

Protein gives our body the strength it needs to rebuild. When you eat enough protein, your body feels nourished and content, which naturally reduces cravings. Treat your body with love, eat wholesome foods, and stay positive on your health journey.

Protein helps in preserving muscle while you lose fat, ho na. Otherwise, weak feel hota hai. Humare normal Indian vegetarian diet mein protein thoda kam padta hai, so we have to intentionally add paneer or sprouts, haan na.

Listen, don't stress too much about strict calorie counting! Just focus on adding some good protein like eggs, paneer, or chicken to your plate. It naturally keeps you full so you eat less junk without even trying hard.
