What does acv do for weight loss?

My gym trainer suggested I try apple cider vinegar for weight loss. I'm a bit skeptical. How exactly does ACV help with losing weight, what's the science behind it?

Honestly, the only thing ACV has done for me is make me feel like I'm drinking a salad dressing shot every morning. And then I'm just more awake to crave pastries. Maybe it works for some, but for me, just makes my mornings more 'zesty' not less weighty. lol.

My neighbour was trying this for a while, she said it helps with digestion a little but not much for big weight loss. My mother always said proper food and some walking is key. For actual weight loss, it's always best to speak to a doctor or a dietician. They will give balanced advice.

Bro, I tried ACV for a month, diluted in water. Didn't see any magic weight loss. Maybe it's more about curbing appetite slightly for some people? But for real results, you gotta hit the gym and watch what you eat. No shortcuts.

From a fitness perspective, ACV is often seen as an appetite suppressant or something that aids digestion slightly. But it's not a primary weight loss tool. Consistent workout and a balanced diet with proper macros is what makes the difference. Don't expect miracles from one ingredient.

Hmm, I've heard ACV can help with satiety, so you feel full faster. But seriously, who wants to drink vinegar when there are so many delicious healthy foods out there? A good dal and sabzi with roti is more satisfying and nutritious than any ACV shot, I tell you!
