What does 20lbs weight loss look like?

I've finally reached my goal of losing 20lbs and I feel so much better! I'm curious if others notice it as much as I do. What does 20lbs weight loss typically look like on most people?

Losing 9 kilos is a very good change for your joints and back. Along with your regular walks, you can have lukewarm water with lemon in the morning, but make sure you are eating proper home-cooked meals. Don't starve yourself for quick results.

Please make sure you lose this weight in a healthy way under a doctor's guidance. I tried a crash diet to lose 20lbs quickly and ended up with severe gallbladder issues that required surgery. Doing it too fast can really harm your internal organs.

It simply means you will look much tighter and your waistline will shrink visibly. Don't overcomplicate it with fancy terms. Just eat clean, reduce your sugar, move everyday, and the 20lbs loss will show on your body in a few months.

Honestly, 20lbs of weight loss looks like someone who actually had the willpower to say no to late-night parathas. I am so tired from work that I just eat whatever is near me. But physically, it usually means dropping a shirt size and feeling way lighter.

I was just checking online transformation photos and it is amazing how different 20lbs looks on different heights. On some people it is a major change, while on taller folks it is more subtle. It seems like a very realistic goal to aim for.

I am planning to lose 20lbs but I'm worried it might make my face look too thin or tired. Did anyone else face hair fall or weakness when they lost this much? I want to do it but these thoughts keep making me anxious.
