What does 10lbs of weight loss look like?

I've started a new fitness routine and my goal is to lose 10 pounds. I'm trying to stay motivated. Can anyone share what a 10lbs weight loss generally looks like on a person?

Losing 10lbs looks like dropping a whole dress size! For me, my old kurtis started fitting beautifully again, and my face looked much more defined. It is a fantastic milestone.

Losing 10lbs is an excellent achievement that reduces pressure on your knees and back significantly. You will notice your clothes fitting loosely, especially around the waist and hips.

I tried so many honey-water drinks to lose weight, but actual portion control helped me shed 10lbs. It looks like a slimmer waistline and gives you a wonderful boost of daily energy.

Losing 10lbs is highly beneficial for your heart and joints. If you are trying to lose weight, drinking warm water and eating home-cooked meals helps, but make sure to consult a doctor if you are losing weight rapidly without any effort.

Losing 10lbs looks like my sweatpants are actually falling down now. Honestly, you feel way lighter, even if you are too tired from late-night work to fully enjoy it!
