For liver health, it's very important to manage sugar intake, similar to diabetes. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins is ideal. Avoid processed foods, excessive fats, and definitely alcohol. Keeping your weight in check also really helps the liver function well.

When I had some liver concerns, the doctors at Apollo Hospital stressed on a balanced, wholesome diet. They said to ask specifically about cutting out processed foods, sugary drinks, and high-fat items. Lots of fiber, fresh vegetables, fruits, and lean protein are generally recommended. Don't self-medicate, get clear advice.

For a healthy liver, it's all about clean eating. Focus on whole, unprocessed foods. Load up on greens, lean protein, and healthy fats. Cut out refined sugars, excessive saturated fats, and alcohol. Combine that with regular exercise, and your liver will thank you. It's not just about aesthetics, it's about internal health too.

It can be really tough when you realise your liver needs help, I felt so guilty. But shifting to a clean diet really helps. Focus on fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and lean proteins. Cut down on all processed foods, sugary drinks, and unhealthy fats. And absolutely no alcohol. It's a big change, but totally worth it for your health.

The liver, ah, the poor thing works overtime with all the food we eat! For it to be good, you basically have to give up all the fun stuff. No fried pakoras, no rich gravies, no alcohol. Lots of green leafy vegetables, dal, and simple roti. It's a boring diet, but my doctor says it's crucial. My liver and I have a love-hate relationship now.
