What diet is good for a fatty liver?

My recent medical check-up showed I have a fatty liver. The doctor gave me some general advice, but I'm trying to be more proactive. What kind of diet is really good for managing and improving a fatty liver condition? Need some specific ideas.

For fatty liver, it's crucial to reduce sugar, refined carbs, and unhealthy fats. Focus on whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins. But please, get a proper diagnosis and diet plan from a doctor or a registered dietitian. Self-diagnosing or following random advice can be risky.

Yaar, for fatty liver, the main thing is to cut down on all the sugary stuff and processed food. Actually, lots of green veggies, whole grains like jowar, bajra, and good proteins like dal help a lot. And less oil, obviously. Doctor will tell you properly, but this is the general idea.

Don't ignore fatty liver, it can become serious. A good diet means absolutely no sugary drinks, less fried food, and cutting out maida. Eat lots of fiber-rich foods, fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean protein. I wish I had paid more attention to my diet earlier, so please get it checked and follow professional advice.

For fatty liver, a diet that avoids sweet things, fried foods, and refined flour is good. Eating more fresh vegetables, fruits, and whole grains is very helpful. It's about being gentle with your body.
