Oh, this is such a tough one, I totally struggled with feeling self-conscious about my post-pregnancy weight while breastfeeding! It's so frustrating. Please don't try any quick fixes or harsh diets, it can affect your milk supply and your energy. Talk to your gynaecologist or a lactation-friendly dietitian; they'll help you lose weight safely.

Arey beti, abhi tumhari priority baby hai, na? Vajan toh dheere dheere kam ho jayega. Ghar ka khana khao, doodh pilate raho, usse bhi vajan kam hota hai. Koi diet ya davaai mat lena bina doctor se pooche. Apne health ka aur baby ka dhyan rakho bas.

Breastfeeding itself burns a lot of calories, so don't be too hard on yourself. Focus on eating nutrient-dense, balanced meals and staying hydrated. Gentle walks are great. My doctor always said to aim for slow, steady weight loss, about 1-2 kgs a month, and never restrict too much, it affects milk supply. Patience is key!

Weight loss while breastfeeding? That's like trying to juggle flaming swords while riding a unicycle – super tricky! 😂 Your body is a milk factory right now, so focus on nourishing it. Don't worry about 'taking' anything. Just eat healthy, stay hydrated, and let your doctor guide you on safe weight management. You're doing great, super mom!

I was so stressed about losing weight after delivery, especially with breastfeeding! I thought I'd never get back in shape. But my gynaecologist told me to be patient, focus on eating healthy and hydrate, and the weight will come off gradually. She strictly said no diet pills or extreme diets. And honestly, it did come off naturally after a few months. Don't rush it, you're nourishing your baby!
