What are the early signs and symptoms of active tb?

My chacha ji has been having a cough for a long time, and he's also lost some weight. Someone in the family mentioned TB, so I'm a bit worried. What are the very first signs to look out for in active TB?

Hey, don't stress too much, but it's good to be aware. Persistent cough for more than 2-3 weeks, fever (especially in the evenings), night sweats, and unexplained weight loss are some signs. If you or anyone close has these, just get it checked by a doc, okay? Better safe than sorry!

Oh, TB can be really scary, but knowing the signs helps. I think it's a cough that lasts a long time, like weeks, with fever and maybe losing weight without trying. It's important to catch it early so treatment can start fast. If anything seems off, a check-up is always a good idea.

While general symptoms like prolonged cough, fever, and weight loss can be concerning, it's vital to get tested for TB if you suspect anything. These symptoms can be similar to other conditions. Don't self-diagnose; consult a doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment, as TB requires specific medication.

Active TB signs? Ugh, my life is basically a persistent cough from Delhi pollution, night sweats from the heat, and unexplained weight loss from skipping meals because I'm too tired. I hope that's not TB! But seriously, if it's more than normal, see a doc. Don't be like me.

Is it true that not everyone who gets infected with TB bacteria gets active TB? Like, some people just carry it without symptoms? I heard about something called latent TB. It sounds a bit confusing, actually.

Dekho, TB ke symptoms ko halka mat lo. Agar khaansi teen hafte se zyada hai, raat mein paseena aata hai, ya vajan kam ho raha hai, toh seedha doctor ke paas jaao aur test karwao. Treatment se theek ho jaata hai, par time pe pata chalna chahiye.
