What are the best free weight loss apps?

I want to track my progress and stay motivated while trying to lose weight, but I don't want to spend money on subscriptions right now. Can anyone recommend some good free weight loss apps?

I've tried so many things! For apps, honestly, I used MyFitnessPal for a while, the free version is good for tracking calories. And also Google Fit to track steps. They are simple and effective without being fancy. You just have to be consistent.

While apps can guide, remember the inner journey too. However, for tracking, I found simple apps that track water intake and steps helpful. HealthifyMe has a good free version for basic tracking. Pair it with some gentle yoga for best results.

Oh, this is a good question! I've been meaning to download some apps too. Heard about MyFitnessPal and HealthifyMe a lot. Are there any other free ones that help with meal planning specifically?

My doctor actually suggested using a basic calorie tracker. He mentioned that many people find MyFitnessPal helpful for understanding portion sizes and calorie intake. The free version is sufficient for most. Just be honest with your logging.

I used to track everything. MyFitnessPal's free version is definitely the most comprehensive for food logging. For exercise and steps, Google Fit or Apple Health are pretty good and come pre-installed. Don't get overwhelmed, just pick one and stick to it.

Yay, apps are so motivating! 🥰 I use HealthifyMe for tracking my food and water, it has a good database. And Google Fit for steps! Both are super user-friendly and free. Good luck! ✨
