What are the best carbs for weight loss?

I'm trying to cut down on unhealthy carbs for weight loss, but I also know carbs are important. What are some good, healthy carbs that I can eat that will actually help with losing weight, not hinder it? I need some guidance.

I'm trying to cut down on carbs but also heard some are good? Like brown rice and oats? I'm so confused. What kind of carbs should I actually be eating if I want to lose weight without feeling hungry all the time?

Oh, carbs! My eternal love-hate relationship. For weight loss, I've found whole wheat rotis and brown rice work best. Plus, loads of veggies, they're carbs too, but the good kind! Satisfying and doesn't make me crave sweets like refined flour does.

Complex carbs are definitely better. Think oats, brown rice, whole wheat. They keep you full longer.

With PCOS, managing insulin resistance is key, so I focus on complex carbs with a low glycemic index. Think millets like ragi, jowar, brown rice, and lots of vegetables. Avoid refined flour and sugary items. It's about consistent choices, not just quick fixes. Always best to consult a dietitian for personalized advice.

For me, managing high BP and weight means choosing whole grains. Instead of white rice, I eat brown rice or rotis made from jowar and bajra. Lots of fiber helps keep blood sugar stable too, which indirectly aids weight. Regular checkups and doctor's advice on diet are very important.

My family often talks about traditional grains. For weight loss, millets like ragi and bajra, or brown rice are excellent. They are high in fiber and keep you full. Of course, moderation is key for anything. Always consult with a dietitian or doctor to tailor it to your needs.

Hey! Don't stress too much about cutting out all carbs. Just pick the 'good' ones! Like, whole grains – oats, brown rice, whole wheat bread. And tons of veggies, they're carbs too! They keep you full and give you energy without the sugar spike. You got this!
