Should women sleep without underwear?

I recently read an article saying that women should sleep without underwear for better hygiene. Is this true, or is it just a myth? I'm curious if there are any real health benefits to it.

As someone managing PCOS, I've learned that maintaining good hygiene and letting your body breathe is really important. Sleeping without underwear can definitely help with air circulation and prevent moisture buildup, which is beneficial for overall vaginal health. It's a personal choice, but many women find it comfortable and healthy.

Honestly, it depends on what feels comfortable. But from a practical point of view, if it helps prevent any irritation or infections by letting things air out, then why not? Just make sure your bedsheets are clean, that's the main thing. Simple solutions are often the best.

Well, for overall health, including hygiene, many doctors suggest letting sensitive areas breathe. This can be one of those small lifestyle choices that contribute to comfort and general well-being. Of course, regular checkups and healthy habits are key for everything, including BP management.

My grandmother used to say that letting the body breathe at night is good. And for women, without underwear, it can improve air circulation and prevent yeast infections. I also heard my doctor mentioning it once. So, it seems like a good practice for many, but comfort and hygiene are main things. If any problem, consult doctor, always.

For personal hygiene and comfort, sleeping without underwear can be beneficial for some women. It allows for better air circulation and can reduce moisture. If you have any specific concerns or recurrent issues, it's always safest to consult a gynecologist for personalized advice.

Haan beti, many women prefer it for comfort and it is said to be good for hygiene too. It lets the area breathe. Just make sure your nightwear is clean and loose. Whatever feels right for your body is good, but cleanliness is important.
