Should i run everyday for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose weight and have heard that running daily is really effective. I'm wondering if it's necessary to run every single day for good results, or if rest days are also important?

Running everyday might lead to burnout or injury, especially if you're just starting. As a working professional, I find consistency with a balanced routine more effective. Aim for 3-4 times a week, incorporate strength training, and focus on your diet. That's more sustainable.

Running is great, but everyday might be a bit much for your body, especially if you're new to it! 🤗 Listen to your body and maybe try to mix it up with other exercises like walking or yoga. And remember, diet is super important too! 🍎

Everyday running? Beta, my knees would give up after day one! Used to do it in my youth. Now, I prefer a brisk walk and less pakoras. Consistency is key, not daily torture. And remember, diet plays a bigger role than most people think for us middle-aged folks!

Don't just jump into running everyday because some internet post said so. Over-exercising can do more harm than good, leading to injuries or exhaustion. For weight loss, it's about a calorie deficit, which running helps with, but proper form and rest are crucial. Consult a trainer or a doctor first.

Running is an excellent cardio, but your body needs rest days to recover and build muscle. I'd suggest 4-5 times a week, combined with strength training. More importantly, don't forget that nutrition is probably 70% of the weight loss game. Track your calories and macros.

Haan, if you want to become a professional marathon runner with perpetually sore knees, sure! 😉 But for weight loss, consistency and a balanced approach are better. Your body needs rest days, dude! Otherwise, you'll burn out faster than a cheap diya. Mix it up!

Be careful with running every single day, especially if you have hormonal conditions like PCOS. Overtraining can sometimes stress the body and actually hinder weight loss. Listen to your body and consider alternating with lower-impact exercises. A balanced diet is super crucial.

While running helps, sometimes weight loss isn't just about exercise. If you have any underlying health issues like thyroid, everyday intense exercise can sometimes be counterproductive. Always get your basic health check-ups done and then plan your exercise routine with a doctor's input.
