Is yogurt good for weight loss?

I'm looking for natural ways to lose a few kilos. My mom suggested adding more yogurt to my diet. Is yogurt actually good for weight loss, or is it just a myth?

Yaar, actually, plain dahi is quite good for weight loss. Especially if it's Greek yogurt. It's got lots of protein, jo tujhe full rakhega for longer, so less cravings. But remember, it has to be unsweetened, haan? No sugary fruit yogurts, those are just desserts.

For weight loss, especially with PCOS, focusing on protein and fiber is key. Plain, unsweetened yogurt (like Greek yogurt) is a great option because it's high in protein and can keep you feeling full. It also helps with gut health. But remember, it's one part of a balanced diet and regular exercise. Always consult your doctor or a dietitian for a personalized plan.

I used to panic about every food choice for weight loss, thinking I'd mess up. But plain yogurt, especially Greek, became my go-to. It kept me full, and the protein really helped with my cravings. Just ensure no added sugar, please. It's a good, normal food to include, nothing to stress over.

Listen, for weight loss, diet is critical. I ignored my diet for too long and regretted it later with other health issues. Plain, unsweetened yogurt can be a good component, but don't just rely on one food. You need an overall balanced diet and portion control. If you have any underlying health conditions, please get a checkup and professional diet advice.

When I visit my hospital for health advice, they always stress clarity. For weight loss, plain, unsweetened, low-fat yogurt is usually recommended due to its high protein and probiotic content, which aids digestion and satiety. But ask your doctor or a registered dietitian precisely what type and how much is suitable for YOUR specific weight loss goals and health conditions.

Man, between work and trying to lose weight, I'm constantly tired! 😂 But yeah, plain yogurt is a lifesaver. Keeps me full for a bit, especially if I can't think straight enough to cook. Just make sure it's the unsweetened kind, otherwise you're just having a dessert. Saves calories, saves my brain cells.

Hi, I'm just starting my weight loss journey. So, only plain yogurt is good, not the fruit ones? And should it be low-fat, or full-fat is also okay if it's plain? Trying to understand what's best.
