Please don't take any medication casually during this phase. I once ignored a simple symptom and ended up in a bad situation, so now I tell everyone to get everything checked. Speak to your gynaecologist before taking Xyzal.
I totally get it, dealing with allergies while being pregnant is incredibly frustrating and exhausting. But please hold off on the Xyzal until you can confirm with your doctor. They will guide you on what is safest for your little one.
Because of my thyroid condition, I learned that any hormone or body change needs close monitoring, especially in pregnancy. Please don't take medications like Xyzal without a direct check-up and green light from your doctor.
Honestly, do not risk taking over-the-counter allergy pills like Xyzal during pregnancy. Just schedule a quick call with your OB-GYN. They will give you a safer alternative in a second.
