Is warm lemon water good for weight loss?

My dietician told me to start my day with warm lemon water to help with my metabolism and weight loss. I've been doing it for a week, but is it genuinely effective for weight loss or just a detox trend?

With PCOS, warm lemon water is a gentle, low-sugar way to start the morning without causing any insulin spikes. It helps me feel refreshed, but it definitely isn't a cure-all. It works best when combined with regular, hormone-friendly meals and a calm routine.

Warm lemon water won't magically melt your fat away, let's be realistic. It is just a great way to stay hydrated in the morning instead of drinking high-calorie tea. For busy people, it takes 2 minutes and helps with digestion, but you still need to watch your diet.

Haan, lemon water metabolism ke liye accha toh hai, par iska matlab ye nahi ki baki din kuch bhi khao, na? It is a good morning habit, but weight loss tabhi hoga jab paranthe thode kam khayenge.

I used to feel so much pressure to follow every single weight loss trend, including drinking warm lemon water every morning while feeling miserable. It is okay if you don't like it or if it doesn't work for you. Weight loss is a personal journey, so don't force yourself into habits that make you unhappy.

I completely agree, it is very good for hydration and flushing out toxins first thing in the morning.

I tried drinking lemon water every morning but it started giving me a slight burning sensation in my stomach. Does anyone else with acidity feel anxious about drinking lemon water daily? I want to lose weight but the stomach pain worries me.
