Is walking running or biking better for weight loss?

I'm trying to get active and lose weight, but I'm confused about which activity is best. Between walking, running, and biking, which one burns the most calories and is best for weight loss?

All three have distinct cardiovascular benefits, with running and biking generally burning more calories per hour than walking. However, the best exercise is the one your joints can sustain without injury. I'd highly recommend consulting your physician to evaluate what fits your body type.

Haan, running se calories toh bohot jaldi burn hoti hain, par daily running karna asan nahi hota, na? Mere hisab se cycling sabse fun hai aur knees par bhi soft rehti hai. Jo bhi pasand ho bas dil se karo!

Please don't pressure yourself too much with running if it feels heavy. Even regular, simple walking for 45 minutes every evening will show you beautiful health benefits over time. Take it one step at a time.

I tried everything from warm jeera water to extreme dieting, but nothing worked until I started walking regularly. Biking is also wonderful, but walking is something we can do easily at any age. Just stay consistent and have some warm green tea after your sessions.

I recently lost 12 kg by combining outdoor biking on weekends and brisk walking on weekdays. Running was too hard on my shin bones and I had to stop. Biking is highly underrated for weight loss and super fun.

Running is great if you want to feel like a hero for five minutes and then look for a sofa to pass out on! Honestly, biking or fast walking is much friendlier for us normal people who want to lose weight without crying, haha.
