Is vitamin water good for weight loss?

I've started working out and trying to lose weight, and I see a lot of people drinking 'vitamin water'. I was thinking of adding it to my routine. Is vitamin water actually good for weight loss, or is it just marketing?

When my teenager wanted to lose weight, she started buying vitamin water thinking it was a healthy option. I checked the bottle and pointed out that it has almost as much sugar as her favorite soda! We switched to infusing normal water with cucumber and mint at home, which is much safer and cheaper.

I have tried every fat-loss hack under the sun, including those colorful vitamin waters. Honestly, they did nothing but slow down my progress because of all the hidden sugar. Making simple jeera water or lemon water at home is way more effective and completely natural.

If weight loss is your goal, stay far away from bottled vitamin waters. They are loaded with empty calories that will ruin your calorie deficit. Drink plain water, eat high-fiber meals, and let your body lose weight naturally without these processed shortcuts.

With my thyroid issue, losing weight is already a slow process, and drinking sweet beverages like vitamin water only makes it harder. It is very important to get regular thyroid tests and consult your doctor before relying on diet trends. Stick to clean, plain water and a medically approved diet.

I am just starting my fitness journey and was considering buying these drinks. Are there any specific zero-calorie brands that are actually good, or should I just stick to regular water with lemon? I'd appreciate any guidance.

I used to panic about every extra calorie and thought vitamin water was the only way to stay healthy while dieting. But my nutritionist reassured me that normal water is all the body needs to flush out toxins. Once I stopped stressing and stuck to simple home food, my weight loss became very steady.

I just managed to lose 10 kgs over the last six months, and the first thing I did was cut out all 'healthy' bottled drinks like vitamin water. The sugar in them is a silent diet killer. Stick to plain water and black coffee, it really works wonders.
