Is vitamin b12 okay during pregnancy?

I'm in my second trimester and my blood reports showed my B12 levels are a little low. My gynaecologist suggested a supplement, but I just wanted to double-check if vitamin B12 is completely safe during pregnancy.

Yes, absolutely! Vitamin B12 is super important during pregnancy for the baby's brain development. Most prenatal vitamins already have it, but just double-check with your gynecologist for the right dosage. Happy pregnancy!

In our days, we didn't have so many individual vitamin pills, but doctors always made sure we got enough milk and curd for B12. It is perfectly safe and highly necessary for the child's growth. Just follow your doctor's prescription blindly during these nine months.

My mother-in-law insisted on giving me traditional ragi malt, but my gynecologist also prescribed B12 tablets during my pregnancy. It is very safe and helps prevent birth defects. Always trust your doctor's advice and take the prescribed supplements regularly.

Haan na, B12 is very important during pregnancy! Mere doctor ne toh mujhe folic acid ke saath B12 bhi diya tha. It keeps both mother and baby healthy, so please don't skip it if your doctor has prescribed it.
