Is veg soup good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and looking for healthy meal options. My dietitian suggested including more vegetables. Can a simple veg soup really help with weight loss, or do I need something more substantial?

Veg soup for weight loss? It's like sending a diplomat to solve a war – it might not be the most exciting solution, but it's usually very effective and keeps things peaceful (and light on the scale)! Just don't add too much butter or cream, then it's a different story!

Haan, ghar pe bana hua veg soup is excellent for weight loss. Lots of fibre, fills you up without too many calories. It's a natural way to eat lighter. But if you're trying to lose a lot of weight or have any health issues, always good to talk to a doctor or a dietician, just to be safe.

Definitely. Veg soup is very cost-effective too, especially if you make it at home with seasonal vegetables. Eating lighter meals like this can save you money compared to outside food, and it's good for your health, so less chances of expensive doctor visits or tests later on.

Honestly, at this point, if it's healthy and helps with weight loss without requiring me to cook for hours when I'm barely awake, I'm all for it. Veg soup sounds like a solid, no-fuss plan. Anything that doesn't involve complex recipes after a long day works for me.
