Is uti early sign of pregnancy?

My periods are late by a week, and I've been feeling a bit off, plus I have a burning sensation when I use the washroom. My friend said sometimes a UTI can be an early sign of pregnancy. Is a UTI an early sign of pregnancy or just a coincidence?

No, a UTI is not typically an early sign of pregnancy. They are common separately. If you suspect pregnancy, take a home test. If you have UTI symptoms, see a doctor ASAP. Don't delay either, both need attention.

I've had both, and honestly, they're usually unrelated. Pregnancy symptoms are things like missed periods, morning sickness. A UTI is an infection. Get proper rest, drink lots of water for UTI, and take a pregnancy test if you think you're pregnant.

No, a UTI is generally not an indicator of early pregnancy. It's important to treat a UTI promptly to prevent complications. Please consult your physician for both an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.

I remember my wife had a UTI and we panicked, thinking it was a sign of something big. But it was just a UTI. So don't connect the two directly. Get a pregnancy test if needed, and a urine test for the UTI.

Na beta, UTI to alag bimari hai aur pregnancy alag. Dono ek saath ho sakte hain, par ek doosre ka nishani nahi. Doctor ko dikha ke dawai le lo aur pregnancy ka test bhi karwa lo agar shaq hai toh.

From personal experience, never assume anything when it comes to health. My sister-in-law had a UTI during her early pregnancy, but it wasn't a sign, just a co-occurrence. It got complicated because she delayed treatment. So, see a doctor without delay for both.
