Is unsweet tea good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight, and I've heard that switching to unsweetened tea can help. I drink a lot of tea throughout the day, so I'm wondering if unsweetened tea is indeed a good option for weight loss.

Haan, definitely! Removing sugar from your tea is one of the easiest changes for weight loss. All those empty calories from sugar add up. I prefer ginger tea without sugar for my metabolism. But remember, it's just one small part; overall diet and exercise are key. If you have extreme weight issues, better see a doc.

I'm just starting my weight loss journey, so this is helpful. I really like my sugary chai. Is plain unsweetened green tea better for weight loss than black tea? Does it make a big difference?

Oh for sure, yaar! Unsweetened tea is your best friend for weight loss. It has zero calories and can even boost your metabolism a little bit. Ditch the sugar and milk, try some black or green tea. Don't stress too much, small changes like this make a huge impact!

Seedhi baat: sugar is bad for weight loss. So unsweetened tea is good. Simple. Don't complicate it. Drink it instead of sugary sodas or even overly sweet fruit juices. It's a sensible choice.

I'm trying to lose weight too, and I switched to unsweetened tea. I feel like it helps, but sometimes I get cravings for sweet things even more after drinking it. Has anyone else felt that? Or is it just me and my sugar addiction acting up? 😓
