Is two hours of sleep better than none?

Sometimes due to studies or work, I can only get about two hours of sleep. My friends say even a little sleep is better than no sleep at all. Is this true, like will two hours of sleep actually benefit me compared to pulling an all-nighter?

Beta, thodi neend bhi bahut acchi hoti hai than no neend at all. Even a short nap can refresh you a little. Full rest is always best, but if you cannot, then even two hours is something for your mind and body. Try some warm milk before sleeping next time for better rest.

Absolutely, bhai! Two hours is definitely better than zero. Even a little bit of sleep helps your brain reset and function better than if you pulled an all-nighter. It's not ideal, but it'll get you by. Try to catch up later though!

Haan ji, bilkul! Do ghante ki neend zero se toh better hai hi na. Thoda toh mind rest karega. Ideally, you need more, but in a pinch, even that short power nap can help you function a bit. But make sure it's not a regular thing!

Bhai, thoda araam toh thoda hi sahi. Do ghante ki neend se bhi thoda farak pad jaata hai. Poori raat jaagne se toh achha hi hai. Try to get more sleep, but yes, something is better than nothing, always remember that.

Oh, 100%! Even a short nap can feel like a lifeline when you're super tired. Two hours is definitely better than nothing because it gives your brain a little break. You won't be fully recharged, but it's enough to avoid feeling completely wiped out. Try to prioritize more sleep next time though!
