Is this good for weight loss?

I've started having this particular smoothie for breakfast every day, it has spinach, apple, and some chia seeds. My trainer suggested it, but I just wanted to ask if this specific combination is really good for weight loss, or should I be adding something else?

For weight loss, there is no magic food or drink, and some things can actually harm your metabolism. I highly recommend visiting a qualified clinical dietitian at a good hospital. They can create a proper diet chart based on your body's specific needs.

My grandmother always suggests drinking warm water with lemon in the morning, but my doctor says sustainable weight loss needs a proper lifestyle change. It is always best to consult a professional before starting any new diet routine.

If it fits into your daily calorie deficit, then yes, you can include it. I track all my meals on a fitness app and realized that overall daily calories matter much more than any single 'weight loss' food. Just log it and see how it fits your macro goals!

Beta, in our times we just ate simple home-cooked dal, roti, and seasonal vegetables, and walked everywhere. These modern weight loss products often have hidden chemicals. Rely on fresh home food and regular light exercise for a healthy body.

Please don't fall for quick weight loss trends or extreme diets, they are not sustainable and can make you weak. Focus on eating clean home-cooked meals and moving your body daily. Consistency always works better than any shortcut.

Honestly, weight loss is just about calorie deficit and staying active. No single item is going to melt fat on its own unless your overall diet and workouts are on track. Try to focus on high protein and portion control instead.

I am not an expert, but I tried a similar weight loss diet last year and it just made me feel very fatigued. I realized that balanced meals worked much better for my energy levels. You might want to ask a nutritionist what works for your routine.
