Is there a weight loss pill?

My cousin lost a lot of weight and he told me he took some 'pill'. I'm trying to control my diet but it's very difficult to lose weight. Is there some kind of pill that helps with this?

There are some medically approved prescription pills, but they are only for extreme clinical obesity under strict supervision. I tried some over-the-counter fat burners earlier and they only gave me heart palpitations and zero actual weight loss. Rely on a calorie-deficit diet and daily strength training for real results.

I tried all sorts of fat-burning powders and pills before realizing they are useless. Drinking warm jeera water in the morning and reducing my tea-sugar intake helped my digestion much more naturally. Don't stress your body with chemicals, stick to clean home food and be patient.

Traditional food habits and staying active are the best ways to keep weight in check. I prefer natural methods like drinking hot water and eating freshly prepared meals. However, if your weight gain is sudden and due to medical issues like thyroid, please consult a proper doctor first.

There is no magic pill that works on its own, but tracking your daily calorie intake on an app does. I started logging my meals and steps on my smartwatch, which helped me lose 8 kgs logically. Focus on your macros and keep a daily step target of 10k instead.

Instead of wasting thousands of rupees on expensive, unverified weight loss pills, spend that money on a basic lipid profile and thyroid panel first.
