Is sweet corn good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and exploring different healthy food options. Someone told me sweet corn is good for weight loss because it's fibrous. Is this true, or should I limit it?

If you're seriously looking at weight loss, getting clear guidance is best. Sweet corn has calories and carbs. It's not bad, but it's not a 'zero-calorie' food either. The doctors at Apollo told me to always check the full nutritional profile for any food when planning a diet. So, ask your nutritionist clearly about its role in your plan.

Sweet corn! Oh, I love it with butter and masala, a total comfort food! For weight loss, I guess it depends on how you eat it. If it's loaded with butter, maybe not so much, haha. But on its own, it's filling and tastes good, so maybe it helps avoid unhealthier snacks? Portion control is key, always!

Sweet corn is a natural thing, from the farm, so it's better than processed stuff. It has fibre, fills you up. So if you eat it simply, without too much added butter or oil, it might help you feel full and eat less junk. But if you have any serious health goal, always take doctor's advice.

Sweet corn contains fiber and can be quite filling, which can be helpful for weight loss by making you feel satiated. However, it also has calories and carbohydrates, so moderation is important. Incorporating it as part of a balanced diet can be beneficial.
