Is sunflower butter good for weight loss?

I'm trying to switch to healthier spreads for my bread and rotis for weight management. I saw sunflower butter in a health food store. Is sunflower butter a good option for someone trying to lose weight?

Sunflower butter is a good alternative to peanut butter, ho na? But actually, it is very high in calories because of the fats. We have to be very careful with the portion size, otherwise weight loss will stop.

As a quick high-protein spread on toast before rushing to office, sunflower butter is great. But keep in mind it's calorie-dense. If you are sitting at a desk all day like me, limit it to just one teaspoon.

Before switching to fancy seed butters for weight loss, make sure you don't have any food allergies. Also, check the nutrition label for added sugars and oils. It's always best to ask a qualified nutritionist if it fits your dietary requirements.

I bought a jar of sunflower butter last week but now I'm too scared to eat it. What if the high fat content causes me to gain weight instead of losing it? Has anyone here actually lost weight while eating seed butters?

I know how stressful it is to count every single calorie and constantly worry about what spread to use. Sunflower butter is tasty and healthy, so don't beat yourself up for having a little. Just enjoy it in small amounts.

When I went to the clinical nutritionist at Apollo Hospital, she explained that weight loss is about total calorie deficit. Sunflower butter has healthy fats, but eating too much will delay results. You should consult a dietitian to see how much fits your daily limit.

I've been reading up on peanut butter alternatives lately and sunflower butter popped up. It seems rich in Vitamin E and magnesium, which is great. It's probably good for weight loss only if used in moderation to control cravings.
