Is suja juice good for weight loss?

I'm trying to kickstart my weight loss journey and saw some ads for Suja juice, claiming it helps. I'm skeptical of these 'detox' things. Is Suja juice genuinely helpful for losing weight, or is it just a fad?

My mother always tells me that eating whole fruits is far better than any bottled juice. Honestly, these packaged things have hidden sugars even if they claim to be healthy. Better to ask your doctor or a clinical dietitian before replacing meals with these juices.

If losing weight was as easy as drinking expensive juices, I would be a model by now! These green juices just clean out your wallet faster than your fat. Stick to simple ghar ka khana and save your hard-earned money.

I used to panic that drinking these would ruin my metabolism or give me stomach issues. Actually, having it occasionally as a snack replacement is totally fine and didn't harm me. Just don't depend on it entirely for your weight loss journey.

I was checking the nutritional label of these green juices online and got so worried about the sodium and natural sugar levels. What if it causes water retention instead? If you really want to try it, maybe start with just half a bottle and see how your body reacts first.

Look, no single juice is going to magically burn fat while you sit on the couch. Suja juice might have decent ingredients, but it still lacks fiber compared to real veggies. Eat real food, control your portions, and walk every day. Short-cuts don't work.

Please be very careful with juice cleanses. I tried a similar trend last year and ended up with severe acidity and a sudden spike in my blood sugar because of the concentrated fruit content. Please consult a qualified doctor before starting any such liquid diets.
