Is sucralose safe for pregnancy?

My friend who's also pregnant has started using sucralose in her tea and coffee. I'm wondering if it's safe for me too, or if there are any risks for the baby if I use it during my pregnancy.

Even though medical studies say sucralose is safe during pregnancy, I always recommend sticking to natural options. Having small amounts of organic jaggery or dates is much better for your nutrition than chemical sweeteners.

I remember crying in the supermarket because I couldn't decide if my sugar-free yogurt would harm my baby. The anxiety during pregnancy is so real and exhausting. Trust your doctor's reassurance—sucralose is clinically safe, so breathe easy.

During pregnancy, keeping the body pure and calm is very beneficial. While a little sucralose is considered safe, try to rely on naturally sweet fruits and keep your mind relaxed with gentle pranayama.

Look, don't overthink everything. All major medical associations say sucralose is completely safe for pregnant women. Just don't consume it in huge amounts and you will be absolutely fine.

My cousin had gestational diabetes and her doctor literally told her to use sucralose instead of sugar to keep her levels down. She had a perfectly healthy baby boy, so it seems quite safe!
