Is stationary cycling good for weight loss?

I'm trying to incorporate more exercise into my routine to lose a few kilos. I have a stationary cycle at home that I use sometimes. Is stationary cycling truly effective for weight loss, or should I be doing other exercises too?

Ho na, stationary cycling is really very good for weight loss. It is so convenient to do at home while listening to songs, and it doesn't put pressure on the knees also.

Cycling is a good cardiovascular activity, but if you are significantly overweight, please get your knees and heart health evaluated by a physician first to ensure you are training at a safe intensity.

It is highly effective! I track my sessions on my smartwatch, and a moderate 30-minute ride easily burns around 250 to 300 calories. Keep your heart rate in the fat-burn zone for the best results.

We bought a stationary cycle for my son who was struggling with weight issues. It is a very safe and controlled way to get daily exercise without worrying about heavy traffic or outdoor pollution.

I have been doing 45 minutes of stationary cycling daily for the last 3 months and lost 6 kgs. It works best if you do high-intensity intervals rather than just pedaling at a slow, lazy pace.
