Is splenda good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and have started watching my calorie intake. My friend suggested using Splenda instead of sugar in my tea and coffee. Will this really help with weight loss?

I lost 12 kgs by replacing regular sugar with Splenda in my daily 3 cups of tea. It is great for cutting down calories, but remember that it won't work if you keep eating junk elsewhere. You still need a calorie deficit.

Beta, these artificial powders for weight loss are not natural. For losing weight, drink warm water with lemon and a drop of pure honey in the morning, and eat simple home-cooked meals. Don't rely on chemicals like Splenda.

Splenda helps cut down sugar calories easily. Try using it in your pre-workout coffee and couple it with a solid 45-minute brisk walk daily. It really helps accelerate your fat loss journey.

It is absolutely effective. Swapping sugar for Splenda saves you around 40-50 calories per cup of tea, which adds up significantly over a month. It is a very practical tool for active weight loss.

As a zero-calorie sweetener, Splenda is useful for fat loss because it satisfies your sweet tooth without adding macros. Just keep lifting weights and eating high protein alongside to retain muscle mass.

For diabetics trying to lose weight, Splenda is a blessing because it doesn't spike insulin. I use it to manage both my weight and my blood sugar levels. Just be mindful of other calorie-dense ingredients in your food.
