Is snickers good for weight loss?
I'm on a weight loss journey, and sometimes I crave something sweet. I saw a 'mini' Snickers bar and wondered if it could be a healthier treat. Is Snickers good for weight loss, maybe in moderation?

Haha if Snickers was good for losing weight, I would have been a supermodel by now! Sadly, those delicious nutty bars are loaded with sugar. Keep it for your cheat day, else your gym trainer will start crying.
I agree with others that it's not good for weight loss. If you really want chocolate, go for a small piece of dark chocolate with over 70% cocoa instead.
At 50, even looking at a Snickers increases my weight by one kilo! It is definitely not meant for dieting. Better to stick to roasted chana or apple slices, though our heart always wants the chocolate.
These packaged chocolates are full of preservatives and refined sweetening agents. If you are trying to cut down weight, eat a small piece of natural jaggery or gur with some almonds when you crave sweets. It is much better for your digestion and overall health.
I used to ignore my weight gain and kept eating junk sweets, thinking it is fine. Later I found out my thyroid levels and HbA1c were completely messed up. Please get a basic blood panel done before starting any weight loss journey, it helps a lot.
Let's be real, a Snickers bar is around 250 calories with barely any nutrition. It will only give you a quick sugar crash and make you hungrier. Look for high-protein snacks instead of these commercial candy bars.
Haan bhai, chocolate khane se weight loss toh nahi hone wala na. High calories hoti hain isme thodi. Calories deficit follow karo aur normal ghar ka khana khao, wahi sabse best hai.

Listen, don't stress too much about eating one chocolate bar occasionally. We are human, cravings happen! Just don't make it a daily habit. Balance it out with home-cooked food and you will be absolutely fine, trust me.
Not at all, it has way too much sugar and processed fat. Avoid it if you are seriously tracking your calories.
Honestly, it has too much simple sugar which spikes your insulin, making weight loss harder. I usually suggest a handful of actual peanuts instead of a bar. Also, try to get a 30-minute brisk walk daily, it works wonders if your body allows it.
