Is smartfood popcorn healthy for weight loss?

I'm trying to find some healthy snack options for weight loss. I saw Smartfood popcorn at the store, and it looks appealing. Is Smartfood popcorn genuinely good for you if you're trying to lose weight, or is it just another processed snack?

Let's be real, packaged white cheddar popcorn isn't a weight loss food. Sure, it's better than eating a tub of ice cream, but the calories and sodium add up super fast if you don't watch the portion size. If you want popcorn, just air-pop it at home with a pinch of salt instead.

I used to ignore packaged food labels and eat whatever looked light, which really messed up my health and digestion later. Smartfood popcorn has quite a lot of sodium and fat from the cheese flavor, so it's not as simple as it looks. If you are on a strict medical weight loss journey, please discuss your snack options with a certified dietitian first.

Bhai, packaged snack is packaged snack, no matter what smart name they put on it. It contains preservatives and processed fats which won't help you lose fat. Stick to simple home-made roasted makhana or plain popcorn if you want to lose weight honestly.

Yaar, Smartfood popcorn tastes amazing but actually check the back of the packet. It has a lot of oil and cheese powder, so the calories are quite high. If you are craving it, eat just a small bowl, but don't finish the whole bag thinking it's a diet food!

I ate a bag of this last week because I thought it was healthy, but my weight went up the next day due to water retention from all the salt. Does anyone else get bloated after eating packaged popcorn, or is it just me? I am trying to lose weight but these ready snacks make me so confused.
