Is skipping meals good for weight loss?

My gym trainer mentioned that skipping a meal here and there can sometimes help with weight management. But my mom always says not to skip meals. Is skipping meals generally good for weight loss or not?

Na, baba. Skipping meals is not a sustainable way to lose weight. You will feel weak and then binge later. Eat proper food, just control quantity and focus on healthy choices. That's the real deal.

I used to panic thinking skipping meals was super unhealthy. But then I learned about intermittent fasting, where you strategically skip. It can work for some, but you need to be smart about what you eat in your eating window, not just starve yourself.

My personal experience with skipping meals was not good at all. I felt sluggish and couldn't concentrate. While some people swear by it, it's really something you should discuss with a healthcare professional to see if it's right for your body.

Honestly, skipping meals just makes me super grumpy and unproductive. And then I end up eating a huge pizza later because I'm starving. Not the best strategy for weight loss, lol.

Hey! Don't stress too much about skipping meals. For most people, it leads to overeating later. Just focus on eating balanced, home-cooked food in sensible portions. You'll feel much better!
