Is skipping dinner good for weight loss?

My friend swears by skipping dinner for weight loss, but I always feel so hungry if I do. Does skipping dinner really help with losing weight, or is it not a healthy approach?

Haan na, many people say eating light dinner or skipping it helps. I personally try to eat early and light, like a soup or salad, instead of skipping completely. Full fasting is sometimes too difficult.

Skipping dinner? My stomach would protest loudly! I find it better to have a very light, early dinner instead of nothing. Otherwise, I just end up having midnight cravings for chips, and that definitely doesn't help with weight loss!

In our culture, having an early and light dinner is common advice. Completely skipping might make you weak or overeat the next day. It is always good to have a light, nutritious meal and consult a doctor if you are planning big changes to your diet.

I tried skipping dinner once, but I was so hungry by bedtime I couldn't sleep! What helped me more was having a really light, protein-rich dinner by 7-8 PM. Like a small bowl of dal or some grilled paneer.

Bro, skipping dinner is tough! Especially when late-night studying hits. I usually just try to eat less junk food and go for an early, lighter meal instead of straight-up skipping. Otherwise, I'm just miserable.
