Is salted peanuts good for weight loss?

I'm trying to snack healthier for weight loss and I love salted peanuts. Are they a good option, or does the salt content make them bad for my weight loss goals?

Salted peanuts are definitely not the best for weight loss, man. High in sodium means water retention, and the salt also makes you eat more without realizing. Better to stick to plain, roasted peanuts in moderation, or even better, almonds or walnuts for healthy fats without the extra salt.

Beta, for weight loss, stick to simple, fresh food made at home. Peanuts themselves are good in small amounts for energy, but this extra salt is not good for anyone's body, especially when trying to manage weight. Eat plain, unsalted chana or moong dal if you want a healthy snack.

Honestly, salted peanuts? Not really. They're super addictive and that extra salt isn't great. If you really want peanuts, go for unsalted ones, and just a small handful. Don't stress too much though, everything in moderation, right? Just keep moving! 😊

I used to think peanuts were healthy so salted ones should be fine for a snack while trying to lose weight, and then I'd overeat them because of the taste. It's tough when you're trying your best and then realize something you thought was okay is actually holding you back. It's okay, we all learn.

Be very careful with salted foods when you're trying to lose weight, especially if you have any underlying conditions like blood pressure issues. The sodium content in salted peanuts can be surprisingly high and impact your heart. Always best to consult a doctor or a dietician about your diet plan.

Salted peanuts for weight loss? That's like saying a salty margarita is good for hydration! 🍹😂 They're tasty, but that sodium will make you hold water like a camel. Unsalted, small portion? Maybe. But for actual weight loss, your best bet is leafy greens, not salty treats.
