Is rucking good for weight loss?

I've been hearing about 'rucking' lately as a way to get fit, especially for weight loss. I do a lot of walking already. Is rucking actually good for weight loss?

Rucking? That sounds like carrying a heavy backpack, right? I'd be worried about my back or knees. Has anyone tried it and found it okay for their joints, especially for weight loss? I get so anxious about new exercises.

While adding resistance like rucking can increase calorie expenditure and muscle engagement, it also puts stress on joints and the spine. It's absolutely crucial to consult a physician or a physical therapist before starting, especially if you have any orthopedic concerns.

Any exercise involving extra weight, like rucking, needs careful consideration. It can put a strain on your joints and spine. Before you start, please get a check-up with a doctor or physiotherapist to ensure it's safe for your body type and fitness level.

Haan, rucking is like an upgraded walk, na? It makes your body work harder, so more calories burn. For weight loss, it's good but don't overdo the weight initially. Start light, nahi toh back issue ho sakta hai.

Rucking? Sounds intense! But yeah, if it makes you burn more calories than just walking, then it should help with weight loss. Just make sure your backpack is comfy and you don't hurt yourself. No point losing weight if you're then laid up in bed!

Rucking can definitely boost your calorie burn compared to normal walking, so it helps with weight loss. But remember, what you eat is still paramount. Pair this with a balanced, plant-based diet for optimal results and to fuel your body properly.
