Is rice porridge good for weight loss?

I often have rice porridge for breakfast when I want something light. I'm also trying to lose weight. Is rice porridge good for weight loss, or is it too high in carbs for that goal?

Um, I'm new to all this weight loss stuff. Is rice porridge really filling enough for breakfast? Or will I get hungry quickly? I'm trying to find easy options.

Haan na, plain rice porridge, like pej, is light, but it's mostly carbs. For weight loss, you might need more protein and fiber to feel full. Maybe add some dal or sprouts to it? Thoda aur balanced ho jayega.

Bhai, plain rice porridge is mostly carbs. It's light, haan, but for weight loss, you need protein and fiber to keep you full. Just eating that won't help much. You'll get hungry again. Eat proper balanced meals, thoda exercise karo, that's it.

I've tried so many things, including rice porridge for weight loss. While it's light and easy to digest, it often made me hungry again quickly because it lacks protein and fiber. If you want to use it, make sure you add a good amount of vegetables or a protein source with it, like moong dal, to make it more effective and filling.

Hey! Don't overthink it, yaar. Rice porridge can be fine, especially if it's light like plain kanji. But for weight loss, you also need enough protein and fiber to feel full. So maybe add some boiled veggies or a spoonful of dal to it. It's all about balance!

Rice porridge is cheap and easy to make, which is good. But purely for weight loss, it might not be the most effective as it's low in protein and fiber. You'll end up eating more later. Better to add some affordable dal or eggs to it to make it more wholesome and filling, saves money on snacks later too.

Rice porridge can be an okay light meal, but make sure you're adding lots of veggies and some protein to it! Otherwise, it's just carbs and won't keep you full for long. Think of it as a base for yummy, healthy additions! 🍚🥦🥚

Rice porridge alone is largely carbs. For effective weight loss, you need to ensure adequate protein and fiber intake to stay satiated. It's not inherently 'bad' but needs to be part of a balanced diet with proper portion control. Don't rely solely on it.
