Is red cabbage good for weight loss?

My nutritionist told me to add more colourful vegetables to my meals for weight loss. I saw some red cabbage at the market, but I'm not sure about its benefits. Is red cabbage good for weight loss?

I discussed my weight loss plan with a clinical nutritionist at our local multi-specialty hospital, and she highly recommended red cabbage. It is extremely low in calories but very high in vitamins and fiber. You should consult a qualified dietitian to see how to incorporate it safely into your daily routine.

Bhai, lalgobi sehat ke liye bahut achhi hoti hai aur isme calories bhi kam hoti hai. Aap ise salad ki tarah thoda namak aur nimbu nichod kar kha sakte hain, pet bhara rahega. Ghar ka sadha khana khaiye aur thoda ghumne jaiye, vajan apne aap kabu me rahega.

Yeah bro, red cabbage is awesome for cutting phase. I shred it and add it to my daily chicken or paneer salads to add volume without piling on carbs. It has a great crunch and keeps you full for a long time, definitely a solid food for weight loss.

In our times, we ate whatever seasonal vegetables were grown locally, and that kept us fit. Red cabbage is a great natural food that is very good for your stomach and helps in keeping the body light. Eat fresh home-cooked meals, stay active, and don't worry too much about complicated diet plans.

Honestly, red cabbage saved my life when I had major midnight munching cravings! I just toss it with a light lemon-honey dressing and some peanuts, and it satisfies that urge to crunch on something. It is super low calorie, so you can eat a whole bowl without any guilt.

Red cabbage is very beneficial, not just for weight but also for digestion. I often steam it lightly with a pinch of black pepper and jeera powder so it doesn't cause any gas or bloating. Try eating a small bowl of this before your main lunch to naturally reduce your portion sizes.
