Is raspberry tea safe during pregnancy?

My mother-in-law keeps telling me to drink raspberry tea now that I'm pregnant, saying it's an old home remedy. I want to be sure it's not harmful for the baby. Is raspberry tea safe to consume during pregnancy?

Google will tell you ten different things about this tea and leave you completely confused! Better to put the phone down and call your doctor. They know your body best, and you don't want to accidentally trigger early delivery over a cup of tea!

If you are talking about red raspberry leaf tea, it is generally used in the third trimester to help tone uterine muscles. However, it is not recommended during the first or second trimester. Focus on clean nutrition and gentle walks for overall fitness during this period.

Listen, pregnancy is a sensitive time. Raspberry leaf tea is known to trigger uterine activity, so drinking it blindly is a bad idea. Do not take advice from social media; ask your gynecologist directly before buying any herbal tea.

I barely sleep because of my baby's schedule, so trust me, keep things simple. Don't go trying exotic herbal teas during pregnancy unless your doctor has written it down on a piece of paper. Stick to basic water and coconut water.

Haan na, even I heard it can cause mild contractions if taken too early. It is only safe in the last few weeks of pregnancy, ho na. Better to ask your doctor clearly before trying such things.
