Is quaker oats good for weight loss?

I'm looking to lose some weight, and my cousin suggested eating Quaker Oats for breakfast. I've heard mixed things, so wanted to know if it's genuinely helpful for weight loss or just another fad.

Honestly, eating plain oats feels like eating cardboard when you are a foodie! But if you make savory oats upma with some chopped veggies and a squeeze of lemon, it is super delicious, fills you up, and actually helps with weight loss cravings.

Beta, oats are good for weight loss because they keep the stomach full for longer. But you should also try our traditional barley water or thin buttermilk with jeera, as they are very gentle on the stomach and help keep the body cool and light.

I bought Quaker oats for weight loss last month, but honestly, I'm too tired to cook them in the morning. I usually just end up eating them raw with a spoonful of honey when I wake up late for my shift. Still alive and haven't gained weight, so I guess it works!

Haan yaar, Quaker oats toh weight loss ke liye kaafi sahi hai. Bas usme dher saara chini mat daal dena, nahi toh koi fayda nahi hoga na. Thoda plain dahi ya fruits ke saath khao toh mast bhukh control mein rehti hai.

I was so worried that eating oats might cause bloating or make me gain weight because of the carbs. But I read so many articles and finally tried it, and it actually helped me lose a few pounds safely. Just start with small portions to see how your stomach handles the high fiber.

It actually works wonders, yaar. I lost about 5 kgs in two months just by replacing my heavy local breakfast with savory Quaker oats. It is super quick to make on busy weekdays and keeps you energetic throughout.

I totally swear by Quaker oats for my weight loss! I usually make overnight oats with chia seeds and half a banana, which saves so much time in the morning. It really helps control my junk food cravings during office hours.
