Is psyllium husk good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight and have heard about psyllium husk being good for digestion and feeling full. Does it really help with weight loss?

Look, psyllium husk or isabgol is basically just fiber. It expands in your gut and controls appetite, which helps you avoid mindless snacking. It works, but only if your overall diet is clean. Don't expect miracles if you are still eating junk.

Psyllium husk is great because the soluble fiber keeps you full for longer, which naturally helps with portion control. But remember, it’s not a magic fat burner. You still need to be in a calorie deficit and stay active to see real results.

Haan, weight loss me help toh milti hai isse, kyunki ise khane se jaldi bhookh nahi lagti na. But make sure aap bohot saara paani piyo iske saath, nahi toh stomach upset ho sakta hai. Diet control toh karna hi padega!

Honestly, don't stress too much about finding exotic weight loss supplements. Simple Isabgol from your local chemist is super cheap and actually works well to curb those random cravings. Give it a try before meals, but go easy on yourself!

I used it for a couple of months during my gym phase. It definitely keeps your stomach full and prevents overeating, plus it keeps your digestion smooth. Just start with a small spoon to see how your stomach reacts to it.
