Is protein and fiber good for weight loss?

I'm trying to lose some weight after my pregnancy, and my dietician suggested increasing protein and fiber. Does having a good amount of both really help in weight loss, or is it more about just cutting calories?

Oh absolutely! Eating more paneer, dal, and salads actually keeps me full so I don't run for samosas at 4 PM. It’s the best way to manage those crazy food cravings without starving yourself.

I was so worried about counting calories, but focusing just on protein and fiber really simplified things for me. It really works and keeps you full, so you don't have to stress about starving.

Yes, a diet rich in natural protein and fiber aligns beautifully with a healthy body. It aids digestion and provides stable energy for your daily yoga and pranayama practice. Keep it natural.

Yaar, don't stress too much about extreme diets. Just add some eggs, sprouts, and green veggies to your meals. It naturally cuts down your appetite and helps you lose weight without feeling miserable.

Yes, this combination is excellent for weight loss. Protein preserves muscle while fiber keeps your gut healthy and prevents constipation. Try to get them from whole foods like lentils, oats, and vegetables.
