Is prime healthy for weight loss?

I've been seeing a lot of people talking about 'Prime' drinks online for weight loss. I'm trying to lose weight myself, so I'm curious. Is Prime actually healthy for weight loss, or is it just a marketing gimmick?

With thyroid, weight loss is already a struggle. I avoid these processed energy drinks because of artificial sweeteners; regular tests and dietitian advice are much safer.

At my age, weight loss needs actual sweat, not fancy colorful drinks. These hype drinks won't do much for weight loss, stick to simple warm water and normal food.

No, it is not a weight loss drink at all. It is just a hydration drink with a lot of marketing.

It is very low in calories, ho na. But it won't magically make you lose weight. We still have to control our diet and walk daily.

Prime is just hyped coconut water with a fancy price tag! If you want to lose weight, save that money and run in the park instead.

I know how exhausting it is to search for quick weight loss solutions when you are struggling. But these energy drinks aren't the answer, focus on loving your body and eating clean.

Prime is quite expensive in India. It is much more practical and budget-friendly to drink normal nimbu paani or fresh coconut water for hydration during weight loss.

I have tried all sorts of hydration drinks during my fitness journey. Prime won't help you lose weight; only a consistent calorie deficit and daily exercise will do that.
