I'm not a doctor, so I can't give medical advice, but from my personal experience trying to stay fit, regular bowel movements are certainly a part of feeling good and light. If I'm constipated, I feel bloated and heavy. So, yes, for me, pooping everyday definitely correlates with feeling better and supporting my weight management efforts, as it means my digestion is working well. But it's not a magic bullet for weight loss itself.

Bhai, pooping everyday is just a sign of healthy digestion, not directly a weight loss trick. You're not losing 'weight' in terms of fat, you're just emptying your bowels. If you want to lose weight, you need to eat less calories than you burn and exercise. Don't confuse basic bodily functions with diet fads. Simple hai!

Beta, earlier we just focused on eating ghar ka khana and doing some physical work. Pooping every day means your pet saaf hai, and a clean stomach always makes you feel healthy and light. So yes, it's a good sign that your body is functioning well. But for losing true weight, it's always about what you eat and how much you move. Don't confuse it with shedding fat.

While regular bowel movements are essential for overall gut health and can contribute to feeling lighter and less bloated, pooping everyday doesn't directly cause weight loss (fat loss). Weight loss primarily happens through a caloric deficit. Good digestion is a component of a healthy lifestyle that supports weight management, but it's not the sole factor. For any health concerns or weight loss plans, consulting a doctor or a registered dietitian is always recommended.

Please be careful about linking everyday bodily functions directly to weight loss. I once ignored consistent loose motions thinking it was helping me 'detox' and ended up with severe dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. Pooping everyday is good for digestion, yes, but it doesn't mean you're losing fat. If your bowel habits change significantly or seem 'too much,' it's crucial to see a doctor to rule out underlying issues, not just assume it's for weight loss.
