Yes, I heard from my gynaecologist that a little bit of peppermint tea is generally okay for morning sickness, but always in moderation.

Yaar, actually, for pregnancy, it's better to ask your doctor directly. My sister-in-law avoided a lot of herbal stuff just to be safe, even if it seemed harmless.

For pregnancy, any new food or herb should be discussed with the doctor. Especially if you have other health conditions like gestational diabetes, it's very important to be careful.

Hmm, peppermint! Great for after-dinner digestion normally. But during pregnancy, cravings can be tricky. Maybe stick to safer flavors or just ask your gynaec, they know best what's good for mommy and baby.

When I was pregnant, I was told to be careful with any herbal teas. A little mint in food is fine, but teas or supplements, best to get a green light from your doc. Don't take any chances.

During my pregnancies, I avoided all kinds of herbal teas unless my doctor specifically said it was okay. I think it's always safer to check with your own doctor first, every pregnancy is different.

Beta, when I was expecting, we just ate simple ghar ka khana. Anything new, especially these herbal things, always check with the doctor. They know best for you and your little one, don't worry too much but do be careful.

Oh, that's tricky. I always thought herbal means safe, but for pregnancy, my friends say docs are super strict. Maybe just stick to plain water for a bit and clarify with your gynaecologist?

My cousin's wife was pregnant last year, and her doctor told her to avoid most herbal stuff. Peppermint could be okay in small amounts but better safe than sorry, right? Just ask the doc.
