Is peanut butter and banana sandwich good for weight loss?

I'm trying to eat better and lose a few kilos. For breakfast, I often have a peanut butter and banana sandwich because it's quick. Is this actually good for weight loss, or am I making a mistake?

Hmm, a peanut butter and banana sandwich can be a good source of energy. My mother always said bananas give strength. But for weight loss, portion control is very important, especially with peanut butter. Best to consult a dietician, they can guide you properly.

It can be, but you have to be smart about it. Choose natural, unsweetened peanut butter and whole wheat bread. A small serving of banana is good. It's packed with protein and fiber, so it keeps you full, which can help with weight loss if eaten in moderation. Don't go overboard!

It depends. If it's whole wheat bread, natural peanut butter (no added sugar), and a small banana, it's a decent snack or light meal because it fills you up. But if you pile on creamy, sugary peanut butter and white bread, then no, it's not good for weight loss.

Yes, can be. Good for satiety. Just watch the portion size of peanut butter, it's calorie dense.

People on the internet say many things. While a PB&B sandwich sounds wholesome, it can be high in calories if you're not careful with the amount of peanut butter. Don't just follow random advice; verify with a dietician if it fits your specific weight loss plan.
