Is orange theory good for weight loss?

I've been seeing a lot of ads for 'Orange Theory' workouts and they claim it's really effective for weight loss. I'm trying to get back into shape and want to know if anyone has had good results with it. Is it worth joining, na?

I tried all kinds of home exercises and diets, but finding a structured workout plan is what really helped me stay consistent. Orangetheory is a high-intensity workout that can burn a lot of calories, but make sure to start slow if you are new to fitness. Always listen to your body and don't push too hard initially.

Orangetheory memberships can be quite expensive in Indian metros compared to a regular gym or simple outdoor running. Personally, I prefer planning my budget around good food, basic medical tests, and free workouts like brisk walking. If you have the budget, go for it, but remember consistency is free.

Please be very careful with high-intensity interval training like Orangetheory. I pushed myself too hard in a similar cardio class without realizing I had an underlying joint issue, which led to a severe knee injury. I highly recommend getting a general health checkup and asking your doctor before starting such intense workouts.

It definitely burns a ton of calories, mostly because the coach is staring right at you and you can't sneakily check your phone! It is a great workout, but prepare to be completely sore for the first week. Just drink lots of water and don't worry, you will survive!
